SOLSONA Ilocos Norte, July 25, 2020–A wandering 6-year-old boy fell off a dike and landed at the thorny gabion wire at Brgy. Manalpac, this town, lawmen reported.
P/Captain Chris Anthony Sorsano, the town police chief, said the victim accidentally fell into the dike while playing alone in the area.
BFP responders rescued the boy who suffered injuries when his back landed on the gabion wire.
