LAOAG CITY, July 3, 2020–A guy alias “Masaya” was linked to a gang fight last year and went scotfree.
But on Thursday, NBI agents, armed with an arrest warrant, spotted him at Brgy. 19 this city.
NBI agent Gerald Brutale said the suspect did not resist arrest and voluntarily gave himself up to face charges of alleged illegal detention. (tri-media report)
