Lawmen collared the 72-year-old man and his two younger companions while playing the card game called Tong-it.
Seized from them were 52 pieces of game cards, cash bets, chairs, and the table.
The suspects told reporters that boring and idle moments due to total lockdown drove them to play Tong-it. (tri-media report)
