BACARRA, Ilocos Norte. Aug. 3, 2020– Lorenzo Butac y Agcaoili, a tricycle driver, was found dead on the eastern roadside at Brgy. 19-A this town, police said.
P/Captain Joseph Calderon, the OIC police chief, said Richard, the victim’s brother, revealed that Lorenzo had been vomiting blood but he ignored it and refused to see a doctor for a medical checkup.
Rural health officer Dr. Manuel Andres, who examined the victim’s cadaver, declared that Lorenzo died from gastrointestinal bleeding. (tri-media report)
