SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte, Jan. 27, 2021– A 30-year-old mechanic of a Motorwork shop from nearby Batac City disowned the shabu seized from him but police were firm to charge him with an illegal drug complaint.
The suspect aboard a motorcycle was flagged down and arrested during a police drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Bingao, this town.
Incidentally, the operatives also confiscated from him an alleged Caliber. 38 revolver with four bullets and one empty shell.
Investigators said the suspect admitted that he had drug cases in 2012 (on probation) and 2017 (acquitted). (tri-media report)
