SOLSONA, Ilocos Norte, Jan. 24, 2021–A man wanted for murder in Tuao, Cagayan, Region 2 was collared at Brgy. Barcelona, this town, authorities reported.
Police tagged the fugitive as the Top 7 wanted person in Region 2.
Authorities identified him as Mario Miranda Agliam, 39, a farmer of Tuao, Cagayan.
An arrest warrant against Agliam was issued on August 7, 2020 by Judge Pablo Agustin of RTC Branch 19 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
Joint police operatives from Cagayan and Ilocos Norte conducted an entrapment and apprehended the fugitive in his hideout at Barcelona village here.
He is now under the Tuao police custody awaiting trial by the court for murder charges against him. (tri-media report)
