PAOAY, Ilocos Norte, July 1, 2021– A male teenager died after a tricycle he was driving collided with a private van along the Paoay-Balacad road at Brgy. Mumulaan, police said on June 29.
P/Major Eddie Suyat, the town police chief, said the victim was cruising a curve road northward when the van coming from the opposite direction collided with his tricycle.
The boy expired in the hospital while being treated for his severe injuries.
The van occupants had pledged full financial help as they amicably settled with the victim’s relatives, Major Suyat said. (tri-media report)
