NUEVA ERA, Ilocos Norte, May 3, 2021–The Mahindra police patrol vehicle of this upland town figured in a self-road accident resulting in the injuries of three cops on board, a PNP report said.
The report said the victims are one staff sergeant, a corporal, and a patrolman.
The three were rushed to the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital in Batac City for treatment of their bodily injuries.
Investigation showed that the police vehicle, after patrolling the area, was cruising the Nueva Era-Abra road at Sitio Dapulay, Brgy. Poblacion here when the accident occurred. (tri-media report)
