The City Government of Batac conferred a Resolution acknowledging Mariano Marcos State University for the outpouring manifestation of concern it demonstrated through the delivery of relief assistance in various forms in this time of general health emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. MMSU President Dr. Shirley Agrupis (center) receives the award from Batac City officials led by Mayor Albert Chua and Vice Mayor Windell Chua in a ceremony dubbed “Panagyaman Kadagiti Naparabur a Kailian” held on July 6, 2020, at the City Hall Session Hall.
