WINNERS ON SEARCH FOR MISS ILOCOS NORTE 2021. Pagudpud’s bet Lyza Katrina Samalio (center) is crowned as Miss Ilocos Norte 2021. She bested 21 other candidates from the different towns and two cities of the province. Other winners are 1st Runner Up: Iweeh Hugal Alejo of Nueva Era; 2nd Runner Up: Julia Yzabelle Andrei Echepare of Vintar; 3rd Runner Up: Roxanne Marie Caoili of Pinili; and 4th Runner Up: Stephanie Jay Ulep of San Nicolas.
