The Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office in partnership with Robinsons Ilocos and Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center-National Voluntary Blood Services Program facilitated the 1st Quarter INPPO Dugong Bayani Blood-letting Activity held at Robinsons Ilocos, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte on January 17, 2024.
