Randy Baoit and INPPO personnel, turns over the symbolic key of a newly-built house to a poor but deserving family beneficiary in Piddig, Ilocos Norte under the BAHAYNIHAN Housing Project or “Bahay at Kabuhayan Nila Handog Namin” program of Piddig Municipal Station and INPPO.
