SEA TURTLE. A male “pawikan”, believed to be 100-year-old and measuring 103 cm by 90 cm was accidentally caught by a fisherman of Brgy. Saud, Badoc, Ilocos Norte last August 7, 2020. P/Capt. Joseph Tayaban, the town police chief, said the endangered species was turned over to the personnel of the DENR-BFAR led by Dr. Arthur Valente.
