Joselito Balago y Bumanglag, 40, married, of Brgy. Barit, Laoag City was found dead inside his tricycle, lawmen reported on Feb. 1, 2020.
Chief Master Sgt. Sean Francis Bugaoisan, police investigator, said the tricycle of Balago was seen parked in a vacant lot near the national highway at Brgy. Barit, this city.
A curious passerby, Noel Pasion y Laoan, also a tricycle driver, approached the parked tricycle and saw the victim’s body slumped inside his vehicle.
Earlier, Sabas Ramos, 57, also a tricycle driver, saw the victim vomiting. When he collapsed, Ramos helped him sit inside his tricycle.
Investigators said the victim was said to hypertensive, hence, he probably succumbed to a heart attack. (tri-media report)
