Two women and a teenage boy were allegedly caught in the act of playing an illegal card game in defiance of the enhanced community quarantine prohibition against any form of vice activities during the lockdown.
The suspects are two housewives aged 38 and 50, and a 19-year-old boy, all residents of a coastal village in Laoag City.
P/Chief Master Sergeant Sean Francis Bugaoisan, the investigator, said they would file charges against the suspects through the help of the skeletal workforce of the city prosecutor’s office.
Seized as evidence against them include 52 pieces of game cards, P372 betting money, chairs, and a table, he said.(tri-media report)
