BADOC, Ilocos Norte, April 15, 2021–Police operatives cracked down an illegal cockfight game locally called “Tupada” at Brgy. Camanga, a remote village in this town.
A PNP report said the Tupada organizers and bettors managed to escape when they sensed the approaching raiding team.
As the suspects scampered to nowhere, they left three fighting cocks and other gambling paraphernalia which serve as pieces of legal evidence, investigators said. (tri-media report)
