DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte, Feb. 16–Suspect Walter Yadao heaved a sigh of relief after widow Mrs. Eliza Magno executed an affidavit of desistance in a complaint against him in connection with the slay of the late town councilor Randolf Magno. Sources said she learned that Yadao was an alleged fall guy, hence she withdrew the rap against him.(bb)
