BACARRA, Ilocos Norte (Aug. 14) – An astray black dog apparently crossed the path of tricycle driven by Rolly Zuniga. He avoided the dog and swerved to the opposite lane. It was too late. An incoming minibus driven by Marlon Dagdagan collided head on with his tricycle which turned a total wreck.
Rolly and passengers: his 3-month pregnant live-in partner Sheryl Acob and Guillerma Lacar perished in the collision. Luckily, child passenger Keith Floren, 2, survived with injuries.
