SOLSONA, Ilocos Norte (July 20) – James Dagdag, 17, single, met a horrifying death when a payloader driven by JV Corpuz run over him after he accidentally fell from the bucket of the monster vehicle yesterday morning in Brgy. San Juan here. JV said he did not notice that James fell off and landed on his path.
The victim, together with several companions, rode on the payloader on their way to their workplace at a construction site when the tragic accident occurred.
