VINTAR, Ilocos Norte – Joint National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents and Department of Social Welfare and development (DSWD) workers have rescued a minor who worked in a videoke bar here.
The victim’s father asked the help of the authorities after he learned that his daughter was allegedly forced to work as guest relations officer contrary to what she initially applied for as a waitress.
