SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte, Jan. 5–For allegedly stealing a lady’s underwear, Sixto (not his real name) was chased by neighbors and collared him in Brgy. 16, this town. The 25-year-old suspect absorbed a sermon on moral values by police counsellors who held him for interrogation. The complaining lady showed no interest to indict the suspect, cops said.(bb)
