Mango magnate heads PCCI local chapter, Gov. Imee swears in officers at prov’l capitol

LAOAG CITY–Businessman Ricardo Tolentino, known as “mango king” for his successful mango export business, is the newly installed president of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ilocos Norte-Laoag City Chapter.

Tolentino and the other newly elected officers were inducted by Gov. Imee R. Marcos recently at the provincial capitol.

The other officers are Judy Francisco, exec. vice pres.; Steve Barreiro, VP for advocacy and programs; Dilip Mansukhani, VP for SME; Antonio Casimiro, VP for membership; Efren Ramos, Jr., secretary; Grace Julian, asst. secretary; Jenny Santiago, treasurer; Jackie Raval, asst. treasurer; Juan Domingo, bus. manager; Fulgencia Taylan, auditor; and Dr. Purisima Bueno, exec. director.

Board of directors: Tessie Ablan, Dr. Esmeralda Baldonado, Atty. Cherry Grace Bareng, Albert Chavez, John Chua, Jr., Rosabella Corpuz, Araceli Drake, Erlinda Hood, Francisco Julian, Araceli Pastor, Mildred Ranada, and Alice Raval.
George Baquiran is named by the national directorate as deputy governor for Region I.
