LAOAG CITY, April 11 – Wandering Kyla (not her real name) , 4, of Brgy. Talingaan, here, played alone around the yard unmindful that a freak accident would strike her. As she playfully walked backward, she stumbled and fell into a “sinublan” filled with boiling water intended for a butchered pig for a relative’s graduation party. The victim grimaced in pain as MMMHospital doctors in Batac City treated her 4th degree burns in the body.
