LAOAG CITY – A 5-month-old fetus was accidentally found by a utility worker inside a tank of a toilet bowl at Laoag City General Hospital last week.
The LCGH employee said that he accidentally discovered the fetus as he checked nd opened the tank of the toilet bowl that malfunctioned.
At presstime, authorities are still facing a blank wall as to the identity of the mother of the fetus.
