PASUQUIN, Ilocos Norte, March 24–The long arm of the law finally caught an escapee who went into hiding in Metro Manila for over one year.
Romeo (not his real name) was collared here by cops who placed him under surveillance for a year. He didn’t resist arrest.
Seized from him were sachets containing suspected shabu and six bank checks with undisclosed amount.
Record showed that the suspect bolted jail at the police station here in February last year while being detained for drug charges and other offense.(tsg w/ mm report)
