LAOAG CITY, June 20– Laoag Bishop Sergio Lasam Utleg will soon leave Ilocos Norte to assume his new post as archbishop of Tuguegarao City.
He came to Ilocos Norte from Ilagan, Isabela on Nov. 13, 2006 and served the Laoag diocese for almost five years.
A diocese administrator will be designated pending the appointment of Bishop Utleg’s successor.
