LAOAG CITY (March 3) – S/Supt. Marlou Chan, Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Director, disclosed that three areas in the province are being closely watched by joint Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and PNP authorities for alleged continuing proliferation of illegal drugs.
He identified the three as towns of San Nicolas, Badoc, and Laoag City.
Chan said anti-narcotics agents are conducting investigation in order to identify the personalities behind this illegal trade. (Theo Guiang)
