LAOAG CITY (Aug. 5) – Former Vice Governor Windell Chua has got a new monicker. He is now virtually called “Little Governor” after his appointment as new provincial administrator was confirmed by the Sanggunian Panglalawigan chaired by new Vice Governor Angelo Barba. All papers, documents, transaction will pass thru his scrutiny and study before these things go to Governor Imee Marcos’ office.
