BATAC CITY, Jan. 15– A 57-year-old widower allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself inside his vulcanizing shop at Brgy. Ricarte this city, lawmen reported.
Senior Inspector Dionisio Baldillo III, deputy police chief, said the victim was found hanging inside the vulcanizing shop by a newly-arrived customer.
Investigators said a white wire was seen looped around his neck.
Rescuers rushed the victim to the hospital but attending doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The victim, a widower, had a misunderstanding with his live-in-partner a few days ago and became depressed, the investigation showed.
Reports said the police ruled out foul play in the incident. (tri-media report)
