DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte, March 18, 2021– Lawmen reported that a young widower allegedly drowned while dipping off the river in this town.
The victim, widowed at 42, was spotted floating lifeless off the river late afternoon by three construction workers who went to the place to fetch water supply.
Witnesses said the victim was last seen alive apparently drunk shortly after noon time yesterday. (tri-media report)
