MARCOS, Ilocos Norte, March 23, 2020–A 16-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in their old house at Brgy. Imelda, this town, a belated police report said.
P/Capt. Jonvale Maramag, town police chief, said investigators ruled out foul play in the incident which happened last March 21.
He said that prior to the incident, the boy became a loner and depressed due to personal problems. (tri-media report)
