LAOAG CITY, Oct. 31, 2019–A member of the Provincial Security Guards assigned at the Marcos Stadium, this city was held by police after he was accused by an underage girl for alleged sexual assault, lawmen reported.
A police report said the victim, accompanied by her mother, went to the Laoag PNP station and lodged the complaint against the PSG member.
Investigation showed that the girl and several friends were strolling in the stadium when the girl asked the guard where to find the comfort room.
The guard volunteered to accompany her. He drove his service tricycle with the girl towards the nearby CR where the alleged sexual assault took place.
PSG head Rommel Lorenzo assailed the incident saying the accused guard grossly erred if he was intoxicated while in duty that led to the alleged sexual assault. (tri-media report)
