BANNA, Ilocos Norte, July 7, 2021– A male passerby discovered a fetus abandoned in a garbage dump site in a remote village of this town, according to lawmen.
Police investigators said the fetus was wrapped in a plastic bag when found at the garbage site located near a river and far from residential houses.
A collective effort to trace the suspect responsible for the incident is still ongoing, police said. (tri-media report)
