BACARRA, Ilocos Norte, Sept. 16, 2019– Alex Madolora, 48, farmer, was allegedly bludgeoned to death by his own younger brother inside their family house at Brgy. Cabusligan, this town, relatives reported.
Mrs. Francisca Madolora said her eldest son Alex, the victim, came to their family house on Friday night noting he was again drunk and created trouble as usual.
She said the unruly Alex hit their pet dogs and later their parked tricycle in the garage.
At this juncture, he challenged and threatened to kill his brother Eric who tried to pacify him.
Probably fed up, Eric grabbed a baseball bat and pummeled the head of the victim.
It was learned from the police that the victim’s own family members would no longer file charges against the suspect. (g.a. & tri-media report)
