An LGBT member was apprehended for possessing alleged 1.1 grams of shabu valued at P11,000 during a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Camangaan, Laoag City last week.
P/Lt. Col. Rafael Lero, the city police chief, said the alleged gay, 36, a resident from nearby Vintar town, was working as a hairstylist in a beauty salon in Laoag.
He said the suspect was arrested for a similar offense in July 2018. (tri-media report)
