BADOC, Ilocos Norte, Aug. 19, 2021–Sometimes, too much liquor intake makes an “instant savage”.
This proved true in the bloody bolo fight between a father and son in their house at the outskirt of this town.
P/Senior Master Sgt. Jovie de Guzman, the investigator, said the two victims were rushed to a private hospital in the nearby Pinili town for treatment of serious wounds in the different parts of their bodies.
Ongoing investigation showed that the father allegedly under the influence of liquor first hacked the son hitting the head, hand and thigh.
To defend himself, the son also drew a bolo and retaliated inflicting wounds into his dad’s head, arm, and back.
Both are now in stable condition, the investigators said. (tri-media report)
