LAOAG CITY, April 14, 2020–P/Lt. Col. Amador Quiocho, the city police chief, reported that a man bragging as “CIA agent” berated the frontliners who stopped him in a checkpoint at Brgy. San Mateo, this city.
A background check showed that the “CIA” guy is a businessman from the province’s eastern town.
Colonel that Quiocho said he received an unconfirmed report that the guy is suspected to have a mental problem as he was seen laughing alone. (tri-media report)
