Victorina Rivera, 92, of Barangay Nagtrigoan , Pinili , Ilocos Norte, whose house was razed by fire last April is the newest beneficiary of the “Pabahay Project” (see photo) of the Ilocos Norte Riders Group headed by Jerwin Valencia of Dingras, Ilocos Norte. Jerome Reñopa , a barangay mate of Lola Victorina first posted on social media a call for help until many generous netizens including the Pabahay Riders Group raised funds to build a new house for Lola Victorina and her family.
