Laoag Mayor Michael Marcos Keon (left) welcomed Labor Secretary Silvestre “Bebot” Bello III during his visit in Ilocos on October 16, 2021 for the Awarding of DOLE Programs and Projects to Laoag City and other local government units in Ilocos Norte. Mayor Keon said that Laoag was a recipient of a Certificate of Eligibility and Livelihood Assistance check amounting to P3,250,000 for 25 beneficiaries of the Banca Project and another 25 beneficiaries of the Negokart Project.
