Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc (left) led the distribution of Negocarts to the beneficiaries of the “IN na Negosyo sa Kariton” program of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte. The distribution activity was held at the Provincial Capitol Ground in Laoag City last September 29. At least 33 displaced workers and active ambulant vendors got their individual Negosyo cart valued at P20,000 and P10,000 each as seed capital.
