The Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City through Consul and Head of Post Zhou Youbin donated 200 sacks of rice to the city government headed by Laoag Mayor Michael Keon on October 26, 2021. Another 40 sacks were also donated to the Laoag City General Hospital. The turn-over of the donation was witnessed by Consul Sun Weidong and OIC City Budget Officer Ms. Nelda Casas.
