Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc led the distribution of farm machinery to various farmers’ organizations in Ilocos Norte last May 5, 2022, in front of the Provincial Capitol Building, Laoag City. He lauded the hardworking Ilocano farmers for ensuring food security and self-sufficiency in the province amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
