Batac City Mayor Albert D. Chua (center), together with the Sangguniang Panlungsod members headed by Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua, leads the guests during the blessing rites for the newly acquired Ambulance, Fire Truck and Water Tanker, all three will be used for rescue operations in case of emergency as part of CGB priority projects under the leadership of Mayor Chua. The fire truck has a load capacity of 4,000 liters while the water tanker, 6,000 liters.
