PAOAY, Ilocos Norte (Oct. 27) – Two suspects in the killing of an SK chairman have been charged with violation of election gun ban and attempted robbery with homicide.
Police named the suspects as certain Gilbert and Julius, both residents of this town.
The suspects were positively identified by a caretaker of the gasoline station where the victim worked as a gasoline boy.
The victim, identified as Wesley Foronda, was an SK chairman of Brgy. Bangsar, Pinili, Ilocos Norte.
