SARRAT, Ilocos Norte, July 3–An ex-convict and construction worker, 43, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence here.
A housemate saw the victim hanging lifeless at their kitchen room. A rope was looped around his neck.
The victim probably became troubled due to a new criminal offense.(T-M report)
