Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos met with Public Employment Services Office Managers in the province last Aug. 23, 2012 at the Capitol during the “Task Force Trabaho” orientation. She asked everyone to create a barangay database of people willing to join training programs as well as a database of potential employers.
