Valdez (2nd from right) of the Municipality of San Nicolas Ilocos Norte shake hands after the successful signing of the sisterhood agreement between the two local government units. Both agreed to foster friendship and contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation through the exchange of Best Practices on Heritage Conservation, Tourism, Business and Commerce, Agricultural Productivity, Environmental Protection, and Literacy and Continuing Education.
