Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos talks to a recipient of a “guarantee letter” from the Office of the Governor which endorses indigents of free medical assistance courtesy of the Priority Development Assistance Fund program of Senator Bongbong Marcos and Gabriela Partylist. The Governor endorsed at least 20 PDAP beneficiaries last Oct. 12 at the Capitol.
