LAOAG CITY (March 30) – A 29-year-old make-up artist was arrested for alleged drug trade in a successful buy-bust operation in Brgy. 27, this city on March 29.
C/Insp. Rommel Ramos, Operation Officer, PNP –Laoag City, said that the suspect known to his friends as Freda of Brgy 55-C Vira, Laoag City, was the subject of operation. He said that the suspect is considered as a street level target.
Freda is the fourth drug suspect arrested by the elements of the Laoag City Police Station since January 2017. (theo s. guiang)
