BANNA, Ilocos Norte, July 1–A 2nd grade school girl has accused a female 4th grade school teacher of allegedly slapping her four times with the use of slipper, report said. The suspect apparently got mad at the school girl for allegedly spreading a negative rumor against the teacher.(bbr)
